Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unopened and unused mouth tape products. Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details of the issue. We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
